Angelica Candido is a contemporary artist specializing in impressionistic paintings of Canadian landscapes and architecture. Much of her works are inspired by nature and master artists from the past. She went to art schools from Canada and Turkey to enhance her artistic abilities, gaining insight into the art industry along with the technical skills for drawing and painting. She has exhibited with George Brown College to showcase her work upon receiving the award for Best Print Portfolio, painted alongside a renowned artist in Turkey, and is currently obtaining her Bachelor's degree in Drawing & Painting program at OCAD University.

Why is it important for people to have art in their home or life?
Having art on the wall will enhance the area by bringing in more colors and will make the space seem larger. Having art in ones life can help with uplifting their mood and creativity.
Who do you consider a genius?
Leonardo da Vinci and Tesla - both seemed way ahead of their time.

How long have you been creating art?
I started drawing since I was 3. Through they were mostly scribbles, I enjoyed the process of creating at an early age. Professionally, I have been creating art and perfecting the craft for the past 3 years and have been enjoying the process ever since.
